Christmas Pics

Here are a few more pics of Jose and I by the tree and outside by the dog park. Merry Christmas!

Christmas Pictures with the dogs

Here are all of our attempts of taking the 'perfect' Christmas picture with all 3 of our Old English Sheepdogs. We had fun as Grandpa Ken tried to capture the moment. You will have to wait and see which pictures we chose for our Christmas card. Our favorite is the one where all 3 dogs are looking up. It looks like they are singing, "Fa-La-La-La-La" ~Enjoy the rest of the pics. :) We can't believe Sebastian will be here in a few months. 7 months and counting....March 11th here we come. :)

Christmas Get-togethers

Our friend's Darren and Cori had a Christmas party at their house this weekend. Here we are posing by the 'fake' fireplace and with Sebastian's 'future' babysitters.

25 and 26 weeks...

Here is my belly at 25 and 26 weeks. Almost 7 months. Sebastian is really low in my belly and I feel him move all the time.

Cousin Colby's 1st Birthday!

Sebi helped to celebrate his cousin Colby's 1st birthday! Uncle Chris and Aunt Caroline had a great party with lots of pizza and cake too.

Happy Thanksgiving again!

Jose and I 'Gobbled till we Wobbled' We had a wonderful Thanksgiving Dinner at Grandma and Grandpa's house. We all enjoyed an evening by the fire as we were surrounded by family and friends.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Turkey Day!!

We had such a nice visit with Tia Josepha for Thanksgiving in the afternoon. She had a yummy Thanksgiving lunch prepared for us. We had a great time with Sandy, Jose Joncarlos and Lil Julianna too.

Four-wheeling

After a day of nursery shopping I took Sebi on his first, very slow four-wheeler ride around our house. As you can see the dogs (Buster, Winston & Bailey) wanted to go for a ride too.

Shopping for Sebastian's nursery

Today Jose and I went to look for paint and flooring for Sebastian's room. Before we left I wanted to pose with my diaper bag that Jose got for me as a 'hope gift' before we even were pregnant. I can't wait to use this bag, I love it!

Kerri's growing belly

Kerri's growing belly

Week 22~We went for an ultrasound today. This was the visit that we would "hopefully" be finding out if the baby is a boy or a girl. So, I sat in the chair and the nurse put the lotion on my belly and the little probe that looks into my belly. I had literaly just sat down and the nurse asks , "So, you both want to find out right?" And we both looked at eachother & said, "Yes!" She said, "Okay, It's a Boy!" We were in shock because we had just gotten there, we asked if she was sure because she found out so quickly. She said look up at the screen and then we really saw 'him' , our Lil Sebastian. I told the nurse, "Gosh, you are good!" Jose and I were ecstatic we couldn't stop smiling. We felt like the pregnancy was so much more real now. Jose text our family and friends to tell them the news. Everyone was super excited! We now find ourselves always talking to Sebastian. We can't wait to meet him and have a new person with his own personality come into our lives. Sebastian Kaine coming soon.....

Week 23~Jose hasn't felt the baby move yet so, I was hoping this week he would. And tonight he did! I felt Sebastian kicking so I told Jose, "Put your hand on the right side of my belly." And he did. It was amazing. Sebi kicked at least 5 times. It really brought a tear to my eye, it was a moment I will never forget. :) I think feeling Sebi kick made it so much more real for Jose. We can't wait to meet him. We love him so much already.

Happy Halloween

Here I am dressed up for our Halloween Parade at school. I guess you could say that this was Sebastian's 1st Halloween.

Pumpkin Patch

Here we are at the Pumpkin Patch with our good friends Sarah, Murray and their 'Lil Pumpkin'~Davin.

Kerri's growing belly

Week 19~I was driving home on Friday from work singing and happily driving along. When all of the sudden on the left side of my belly I felt a little, "dink" a flicker in my belly. I just knew it was our little baby just saying, "Hi" and happily moving around in my belly.
Week 20~The baby has been moving a lot so far this week. Every once in a while I feel little bubbles and movements in my belly. I guess it is called~quickening. Right below my belly button it feels hard. It might be the baby's head or foot right there. My belly is getting bigger and I'm feeling really good and still pretty energetic. :)

The next bunch of pictures are to show my growing belly. Each week Jose takes a picture of me. It is really amazing how much I have grown. And I know there is still more growing to come.....

Surprising Jose!

June 30, 2009 is the day I found out I was pregnant. Here is how I surprised Jose when I told him that evening. The "puppers" helped in the big surprise by wearing 'I Love Daddy' bibs. One was pink and the others were blue. I also gave him a special card that I had been saving for this exact moment. Jose was so excited!

Mariachi Band

Here we are at the "surprise" bbq with the Mariachi Band that played to celebrate Lil Baby Chavez coming soon. This was a great way to show our family and friends how happy we were to be pregnant and to create an atmosphere of the lively Mexican culture that Jose has brought to our lives and I'm sure Sebastian will soon follow in his daddy's footsteps.
